I open to the home page and Logos crashes. Sometimes right away, sometimes when I click on something. How do I fix this?

There is a known issue for L5… I am not sure if it effects L4 or not. Are you loading directly to the homepage? If so, can you load successfully to a blank layout (Press and hold the command key immediately upon startup. Check the appropriate box)?
If that doesn't work for you, we will need to see logs. You can find info about this in my signature line.
I tried to load from the blank layout and it still crashed. I tried to insert the crash logs but the media link will not let me insert them. What do I do?

EDIT: Wow. The forums are really having problems today. This list had five points before I submitted. Ugh. Perhaps the problem was the forums rather than something you didn't do right.

The problem is beyond my ability to diagnose, so we may have to wait for a techie to come along. I did want to point out, however, that your software is out of date. It might help for you to update. Since your app is crashing, you will have to do it manually. See THIS post to get the download link.
