Identify downloads

I accidentally hit 'download all' when trying to dismiss the keyboard on my iPhone. I cancelled it as soon as I noticed but...
How do I list all the locally stored resources so I can remove the ones I do not need locally?
The only way I can find is to delete the app and start again, but that seems crazy!

if you type "local:" into your library filter it will just show downloaded resources.
