BUG - Proclaim App on Nexus 7 rotating

When I disable screen rotation on the Nexus 7, the Proclaim app still rotates... This makes it difficult when preaching.

Also, the status bar on the bottom, any chance we could have the option of hiding that to allow more screen space for the slides and notes?

Otherwise, nice to use with Proclaim!
