I was updating logos 3, windows was also auto updating. Windows closed before logos finished. I can not now open logos 3.
It's a long shot but try running Libronix update directly. It should be something like:
c:\program files\Libronix DLS\System\update.exe (note that I can't remember the file name, just look for one of the .exe files that indicate update.)
When nothing works...perhaps you can go back in time using the system point which was set before auto updating windows. Once you get back to that point you can update L3 and Windows again making sure you finish first the windows update and after that you do the L3 update.
I have done something before. I uninstalled by accident my anti-virus software and I din't want to lose my subscription. I worked out perfect.
But when you don't have set a system point...
