I'm looking for an advanced way to manage collections. Either from inside Libronix 3.0g or with a separate program if they exist.
I want to create a collection that contains each and every unlocked book without thousands of books one by one. After that I want to start removing books I most certain never want to search.
As an example I don't speak Spanish so I would like to search book titles for Spanish words batch them remove instead of one by one.

Is there a way to do something like that?

You're not going to like this Jim, but Logos 4 (now at v5) was created with those advanced library/collection features.

Their dynamic collections allow you to specify resources according to certain rules e.g. type:commentary is the rule that will collect all your bible commentaries. If you want commentaries on the book of Revelation you might have a rule type:commentary subject:Revelation. And if you didn't like some of them you could state type:commentary subject:Revelation myrating:>2 (where you can rate each resource from 1 to 5 stars).

To create a collection of ALL unlocked books in Logos 4/5 you use a rule like myrating:<=5 (less than or equal to 5, the highest rating). You don't have to rate anything for this to work.

With thousands of books to manage you really need Logos 4/5 as Libronix definitely is out of its depth after a few hundred!

If you are stuck with Libronix then you could get some ready made collections depending on your base package e.g.

    8176.Scholar's Silver Collection.zip

    - Scholar's Silver from around 2008.

The problem will be if you don't have some of their resources as you will have to remove them, or add resources if they aren't part of that package (I do have collections for the lower Scholar's package).
