CNTTS Apparutus

I know this has been asked before, but as a potential customer,I'd like to know the current situation

Is there any hope of the cntts ever being on logos? I currently have zero bible programs,so am a free agent. I'd also like to use 1 resource, not multiple bible programs. I really like the interface of logos and the library. I also keep reading that the speed and search/original language capabilities are improving and should hopefully soon be equal to accordance. I think I'd have to logos simply because of the fact that many commentary sets are available on logos that are not on accordance,etc. The lack of the cntts though is a major omission.

Will this ever see the light of day on logos?

This will not happen with the current version of Logos because of the platform L4/L5 was built upon. L4/L5 uses the Microsoft's Windows Presentation Foundation (WPF). You can search these forums/internet about the issues with WPF. When Logos started to develope L4, it looked like WPF was the way to go. While there have been improvements to WPF, unfortunately it never fulfilled its promises (IMHO). Because of this, Logos will always be slow.

Thank you for the reply. I have the search engine on my pc now. The speed is enough for me. But I know some users such as bkmitchell have written that the search capabilities in the past have been a bit inferior? Is logos all caught up?
