I have uninstalled and reinstalled L5 3 times now on my PC (Windows 7 64), changed the install folder and disabled automatic updates and it is still not opening. All I get is the splash screen and then nothing.
Any ideas?

I am sorry that you are having difficulties.
I am wondering if the issue you are experiencing has generated any diagnostic logs (I suspect it has). If so, you will need to upload them so that either Logos technical support or a user proficient in reading logs can assist you in diagnosing the problem.
