Notes Not Saved

I'm going through the Logos 1 training and when I close out of the passage guide my notes under commentaries no longer show up.  Can anyone help?

                      Glad you've posted and we'll get you the support you need!               However, I'm not quite sure what you mean by "Logos 1" training.  And also where you expected your notes to show up.

    I concur with Milford, we are going to need more info... I think I know what you are talking about, and there may be a bug. However, we have no idea what version of Logos you are running and on what platform. Also, did you save the guide before closing it?
