Another issue we have had with proclaim recently (when on air) is that occasionally we have to play a DVD in the service (e.g. missionary visit) and have to switch our data projector over from computer to video mode (playing through a DVD player). When the DVD is finished and switch the projector back to computer mode the display on the screen loses its aspect and cuts off the top part of the proclaim slide. We have noticed this only happens when proclaim is on air and doesn't happen with any other software (e.g. powerpoint, keynote etc. ) and is independent of mac or pc.
We can play the DVDs through the computer and save switching over modes on the data projector but we then have to switch between programs on the computer and this is clumsy. We can also (where possible) rip the video and play through proclaim (but as per my previous post - when this file is large proclaim can't handle it).
Any thoughts on how these can be fixed?
