Does anyone know how to delete (or at least organise and file) old content/images/videos that have been uploaded to our proclaim library.

To delete content, you can just right click whatever you want to delete and click Remove from library, but currently there is a known issue where the content will not be immediately removed. Don't worry, though, it will be removed shortly.
At this time, the only way to organize your media is to tag each piece and then search via tags. We are planning on adding much better systems for organizing and storing media in the future.
