I would like to be able to open one or more windows showing different Bible passages at the same time. Any idea how to do that?

There's more than one way to do this.

By design: right click on the tab and choose "open a copy in a new tab" (or type CTRL-Shift-N). Then (make sure your two copies are not linked to each other first) navigate in the new tab to a second passage.

Another way: open any other Bible. It should open in a new tab. Use your arrow keys to find your preferred Bible and navigate to your new passage.

To move a tab to an different column, just click-hold-drag to the other book titles of that column.

Call me dense but I cannot find a tab to right click on. I tried clicking on the header bar for each window that was open and nothing happens.  I also tried opening a new Bible out of my library (couldn't find a Bibles list in the menu of icons) but it just opened another window and displaced the one that was already up .  Can't figure how to get them both on the screen at the same time.

Perhaps a picture of Richard's first suggestion will help:

    I gotta pay more attention.

I just noticed that this is in the Logos3 section.

Tabs are available as an addin with some (but not all?) Libronix packages (am I remembering that right?).

CTRL-Shift-N is your friend here. Make your current Bible active and press those letters on your keyboard. This will open a second copy of your Bible. You can then put them side-by-side and have them open to different passages.

Try that and see what happens. If it doesn't work, report back.

This works if I go to my library and open a new Bible. That'll work.  Seems like it ought to be easier though.  Don't know why there isn't a Bibles list in the menu across the top.  Thanks for the help.

You can open a new Bible from the Library (CLRL-L, or click the Library Icon, or from the top menu: Go>My Library). Then type the name or a common abbreviation for your Bible (e.g., NASB) and you will see your Bible listed, perhaps with a few other resources.
