I noticed that when I have the layouts menu open and I scroll with the wheel on my mighty mouse, the window that is below the layout menu will scroll as well. Not much of a big deal since that window doesn't have my bibles open in it, but I imagine it could get a bit annoying. I've attached my logs like the instructions said, but I don't know if they will tell you anything useful though.
