Can't open proclaim on 2 different computers (one PC, one MAC)

This morning at church we had what I'm hoping is some sort of freak proclaim accident.

We been having an issue with the cable that runs from our computer to our projector, so we ended up using two computers - one close to the projector for the slides and one close to the sound board to play embedded music.

We did this last week and didn't have any issues. Today, proclaim on both computers crashed. After crashing. The program will not open on either computer. On the mac, proclaim opens according to the file bar, but the program never pops up and no windows display. On the PC, the program "quits working" during the program startup. On my computer at home, I can open proclaim but when I try to look for the presentation from this morning (either by scrolling through them or by searching) the program crashes.

I have restarted and uninstalled and reinstalled proclaim on both of these computers.

Please help me as we'd like to get this resolved before next week.

Daniel,

I'm sorry that Proclaim started crashing for you this weekend. I've been able to identify and fix the problem in your presentation that was causing the crash. The next time you run Proclaim it will sync down the fixed presentation.

Let me know if Proclaim continues to have issues after you run next.

Hi, we install proclaim in two Computers an iPhone and an iPad, we have never used the program.

Two weeks ago we try To Make our presentation for the sunday service but we couldn't because our internet service.
we fixed that problem for this week but we had another problem when we try To OPEN proclaim displayed a massage "contact the aplication provider" or something like that and then cloused the aplication.

I don't know if you can help us, we Would like To solve this problem By this week.
