After updating to 1.2.1 I am still getting odd text formatting with scripture reference popups. I was assuming the update would have fixed this. Does anybody else see this kind of thing?

Just upgraded to Snow Leopard 10.6 with 64-bit kernel. Haven't tried it yet booting up with 32-bit.

Note that you aren't actually booting the 64-bit kernel by default unless you're running on an X Serve. For desktop/notebooks, Snow Leopard boots a 32-bit kernel but runs the apps in 64-bit mode.

    Hi Steve,

Thanks for that info, yes, you are correct, it defaults to the 32-bit kernel. Actually I'm forcing the 64-bit kernel boot with an entry to the com.apple.Boot.plist. You can also choose your kernel at startup (for compatible machines) by pressing either keys 3 and 2 or 6 and 4 at boot-up for 32-bit or 64-bit. You can double-check what mode you're in by looking at the System Software Overview in System Profiler.
