Can you be more specific? What are you expecting to happen that isn't? Is your computer able to access internet in other apps?

i am able to access the internet via Firefox fine but when I open Logos it just brings me to the sign in tab (which is accessed by holding down CTRL during start up) and when i click sign in it says 'unable to access Logos.com" so i have to click work offline. I need to connect to the internet to sync a new book i bought

Are you on Mac or PC? Can you enable logging and post them here? See my signature line for instructions. Also, can you verify that you are using the right username & password? (Have you changed anything on your account?)

See this link http://www.logos.com/support/logos5/windows/logging
Log files are records the program can make as to what's going on "under the hood." While a number of things could be preventing Logos from connecting to the internet I'd always recommend the time honored reboot as a fist effort at resolving the issue.

I think that page is broken. It doesn't make sense the way it's arranged and worded.
Start with step 4. Then use step 2 to post your logs here.
Also, are you running firewall or antivirus? Has it changed recently?

I figured it out. Turns out for some reason Internet Explorer made it so it used proxy settings even though I never use IE. I had to go in there and change it and then it worked fine. Still have no clue of how that happened. But thanks every one for your help!
