We started using Proclaim last week. We love it. So I paid for the first month's subscription, imported lyrics from our MediaShout database, and uploaded some of the media we have. The Sunday service went great.
Now with more time (rushed last week to pull everything together), I wanted to understand the groups, multiple users working with Proclaim, and so on. I began with deleting the groups I created that shown in faithlife.com. However, it seems (which I didn't know) both the subscription for Proclaim purchased and the data (media and lyrics) I upload are all tied to the group, which I was able to delete! Which there was no warning (that I noticed) stating this data would be lost/not accessible. So, it boils down to these questions:
1. Can the group that I deleted be recovered and thus my data and subscription accessible again?
2. Could my data and/or subscription be re-associated to the new group I've created for our media team (which I won't be deleting again)?
3. Is there a way the subscription payment could be returned so I can reapply the payment to the new group?
No matter what, the media can be re-uploaded, but I'm concerned about getting my money so we can start our subscription again. Any suggestions would be great. Thanks!
