sign up

We loaded software, found our church " Christian Center Foursquare Church Boulder City" it shows me Member, but then after I click on, it tells me " You have not requested to be a member of any groups" and I cannot do anything else.
Now what do we do?

We are having the same problem with our church account. A member of our group logs in, but the message says "You have not requested to be a member of any groups". When we try the option to "join an existing group", find the group and select it, nothing happens.

Try navigating to https://www.logos.com/user/groups and click on the title for your group. See if you have pending group join requests.

went through Manage group, it says I am a member, but I still can't get through the initial log in on Proclaim

Oh, actually I see the problem now. The group you have created is not a Proclaim group. Create a group in Proclaim itself and it should work fine.
