Critical Apparatus Pop-Ups (BHS/NA27/etc.) When Offline

Is there a way to get the critical apparatus pop-ups to work on an iPad when offline? I have the critical apparatuses for the BHS and NA27 downloaded to my iPad, but the pop-ups are not working when offline.

If there currently is not a way to do this, how do I go about suggesting this update? Thanks.

No. These functions are performed on the Logos servers.
