hello, i have had many notes that i placed on my logos ipad in my bible (NET). today i open to read the notes that i had on a certain scripture and come to see they are all gone, every note. please help anyone.thanks.

To help us find a way to help and support you, we'll need a bit more information............. Do your notes show up on your desktop?
Are you Mac or Windows? When you say that your notes are gone, do you mean from your iPad? Plus anything else you think might help us diagnose and solve what happened..........
All my notes are gone. From ipad and desktop. I have Windows 7. Three days ago I upgraded to logos 5. Hoyt sure if that had anything to do with it. Thanks for your reply.
When notes are "missing" in L4/L5, sometimes the answer is that the note file needs to be turned on in the visual filter menu for that resource. This can be true on mobile as well, although note files can't be turned on & off individually on mobile (as per the desktop app). I don't think this is your issue. Do you know what note file document you saved the notes in? Have you checked the documents menu in L5 to see if its there? If so, open the document and check for the notes. If not, look at the left side of the document menu to check documents.logos.com and see if you can recover the document.
Wade, please do not panic! I'm not really well-versed in this area, and I hope others come in with "a helping hand." But, I'll try to get things organised a bit ...
Firstly, Logos can restore your notes if necessary "from the cloud"! *smile*
Have you opened your "Documents" folder ... two folders left of the Command Box???

oooppsss! Doesn't look good .... Unfortunately, screen shots have not been working properly with the Logos Forums Software.... I have no idea whether this screen shot will work when I post this? If not, I'll try later! I have a lousy headache tonight, Wade.
Edit: Good! Seems to work! These are some of my documents ... Please note that some of them are marked "notes" ...
