Logos Will Not Start

I am running Logos 5 on a macbook pro (2010) with OSx 10.8.3
Logos caused a system shutdown and restart. Now Logos will not start at all. The "signing in" notification shows up for a few seconds, then the startup fails.
Previously, I had several system shut-downs that I suspected Logos was causing but was not certain. A common (but not 100% consistent) factor was swiping from one space to another while Logos was open. I was going to try to log that kind of crash but now Logos won't even open.
Is there a way to retrieve logs from those crashes?
Attached are logs of the failed startup.

The logs indicate a corrupt database file. Move the Updates.db file to the desktop and restart Logos. The path is shown below. If that fixes the problem, you can delete the file (a new one will be created). NOTE: Your user library is hidden by default in 10.8.
Invalid database: /Users/PastorsBrain/Library/Application Support/Logos4/Data/uqlh0z84.iuh/UpdateManager/Updates.db

Thanks for the quick response!
Yes, that allowed Logos to start. (and the automatic update started immediately also).
I will start a new thread with new logs if the system crash happens again.
