Synchronize Licenses
Upgraded my computer, but my latest purchase didn't transferred. It says i don't have a license to view. How I can unlocked my new book on my logos 5 software?

Were the new resources ever visible on your account? Can you access them via biblia.com or on one of the mobile apps?

yes I can access my new book from any other devices except my new computer

Just to make sure… are other resources available on this new machine? Are you sure you entered the right user name & password? If you are sure, please enable logging, and try the commands update now and update resources. If the resources don't download, upload the log files in this thread. It might be good to see a screen shot as well.
You will find logging info in my signature line.
By the way, it sounds like you are using Logos 5. Is that true? If so, in the future you should use the L5 forum.

yes I did, I even changed my password, it shows me its not available to used and its giving me a link to the logos page, where its says what I have been already purchased that item.

Sometimes doing things like changing your email address or passwords can present these problems. Do you have the ability to call or Skype Logos directly?

I did changed the password during my attempt to download my book. Well the next step will be to call logos
