Logos 5 has stopped working on Win7

I just installed 2 days ago. and I try on.. but it frequently shuts down.
even now I can't open my logos 5. It shows the message "Logos 5 has stopped working" as soon as I clink on it.
please, let me know it.

Please follow the link "How to Ask for help", below, and then attach your Logos log. Without it, we won't be able to tell you what's wrong.

You’re running 5.0a SR-4. The latest Logos version is 5.0b SR-2. You could see if updating your software fixes your issue by typing Update Now in the command box.

Scott's right about updating the software, but you won't be able to follow his instructions if Logos keeps crashing. Instead, re-install the software from https://s3.amazonaws.com/downloads.logos.com/LBS5/Installer/LogosSetup.exe

This appears to be a problem in the Home Page. Please hold down the CTRL key when you start Logos 5. When you see the Sign In dialog (pictured here: http://www.logos.com/support/logos5/windows/logging), check the "Use blank layout" checkbox, then click Sign In.
Logos should open to a blank screen. It still may crash if you open the home page.
This bug will be fixed in an upcoming version.
