I opened Proclaim today, after the update, and a video will not load. I'm accessing it from the local computer (I did not upload it to my group). All I get is the white timeout circle going around and around. It worked fine on Thursday - I hooked it up to the church projector and sound system and worked perfectly. It will not work today. I'm not sure if it has something to do with the update. The video is .wmv format and plays fine on the computer through Windows Media Player. Proclaim is proving to be far more cumbersome than I hoped it would be. We seem to be having at least an issue every week (timeout errors, not being able to remote control, etc.). Very frustrated!
