Exporting Bible Reading Plan to Calendar

Can I export my Bible reading plan to something other than Outlook? What about gmail?

I don't think there are any built in features to do so... On Mac, we can export to "calendar," the built in program in OSX. Can you export things from Outlook to Google's calendar? If so, that might be a workaround.
