Abraham: Following God's Promise

I'm all set to start going through this material with a small group setup, and I've got the presentation all loaded into Proclaim, but I'm curious about something - I'd like to put in so Scripture slides at the portions where I read, so people can follow along, but I can't find the background that is used with the rest of the presentation. Am I missing it? I'd rather not have something that looks different from the rest of the presentation just for the Scripture portions if I can help it, but I haven't been able to find anything anywhere that has the backgrounds for the presentation.

I'm not using Proclaim but I'm in the same situation. I would love to have a blank slide with the same style of slide.

I just downloaded this today and the basic background texture is in a folder called AFGP-Elements-and-Specs-for-Customization.zip The other option would be to just take one of the other slides, duplicate it and erase the text that is on it in powerpoint.

I took a look at the texture, and it doesn't include the bar at the bottom for the "Abraham: Following God's Promise" text like the rest of the slides have. I thought about taking one of the other slides, but in Proclaim those slides are all Content slides and not Bible slides. That's more of an annoyance than an actual problem, to be sure, but one of the slickest features of Proclaim is being able to type in a reference for a Bible verse and it coming up with the text fully formatted with the ability to switch translations with a click (rather than typing everything up yourself - I shudder at the prospect of screwing up the words of the biblical text, but that may just be me).

Likely I'll just use the texture from the pack, but it would still be nice if there was a slide that matched the rest of the other slides

If you open one of the presentations in PowerPoint, you can make a blank slide using the title slide theme from the Abraham presentation. Then you can use PowerPoint to save the slides as pictures (.png). Use the blank slide saved as a picture for your background in Proclaim and voila!

John, the texture.jpg file was the one we were discussing about - it doesn't have the cool "Abraham: Following God's Promise" bar at the bottom of the image like all of the slides in the presentation do.

It might be worthwhile for the team who put that together to look into including some Bible slides. There is at least one slide I've come across that is a Bible verse, but is a Content slide instead of a Bible slide (which doesn't include the signal feature by default). Like I said, I'll probably use the texture image, but I may check out Travis' solution - I'll jump through a few extra hoops to have the presentation look uniform.

Eric, sorry about that--when responding previously, I missed the note where you were discussing the texture slide.

Thanks for the recommendation about adding the additional slide style as a template/customizable version--we will keep that in mind as we consider other Studies in Faithful Living volumes.
