How do I get L4 to recognize a new resource in an offline computer?

I recently purchased several new resources and downloaded them to my computer that is connected to the internet.  But I cannot figure out how to get L4 to recognize them on my computer that is not connected to the internet.

I have saved the resources in the file with my other resources and used the "scan command" but that did not work.  I have also tried the "scan command" for L3, but that did not work either.

I am guessing that L4 in my offline computer does not have an updated license recognizing these resources.

Any ideas?

That would be my guess. I'm not sure if L4 can recognize a license without an internet connection. It's possible, if a license is in the L3 database that resides on the same computer. But if it is, I wouldn't know what command to give to L4 to do it..

Are you sure you have L3 on that computer, the new resource installed and the license for it on that computer, and then restarted Libronix after installing the resource?
