Where are Luther's Works Vols 56 and 57?

I am probably missing the obvious, but Logos has Luther's Work 55 Volumes and the Upgrade (vols 58-60) on prepub.  What happened to vol. 56 and 57?

    Vols. 1-55 were the original set.  Now CPH is expanding the set, and has set aside what will be in each new volume.  To the best of my knowledge, volumes 56 and 57 have not been published yet.
