Do all versions of L4 have highlighting?

Because of the way L4 acts I cannot share my version with my wife. Well, I can but any changes made by one person are reflected to the other person.

Anyway, I want to get her her own copy. However, I'm not sure that precept marking (highlighting) is available in all versions. I believe in L3 you had to get Scholars or higher to get it. Question what version of L4 has precept mark-up (highlighting)?

I don't recall that being limited to a package in L4. I think it's universal. Can anyone correct me on this?

Not this time Thomas. [;)] I just checked the upgrades page and highlighting is listed there as available or not available for any packages. That's the only place I know of to look. But this makes me suspect that it is available to all base packages (at least).
