Can I modify the background display color of Libronix?

Hi,
I am not asking for it in Mac. I mean Windows Platform. I hope it can because my Windows' Libronix looks too 'white'.
The Mac Libronix looks better, actually.

Change the Window colour in Windows' Display Properties | Advanced Appearance, assuming you chose Windows as the Interface Style in Libronix (not sure that it works if you chose Standard).

David, I have mine in the "Standard" User interface Style but was able to change the "background" for the resources to a slightly more "creamy-off beige" colour. But be aware that this will become the default colour for your Word documents as well!

Hi Dave,
What specific settings do you modify in the Advanced section of the Display? I have tried multiple ones but can't change the white screen of Libronix showing the text. I only succeeded in changing the background color behind the tabs/windows inside Libronix, but the background of the text.

Dear Scott:
When you have worked your way (I'm using XP) through Display Properties/Advanced Appearance there is "Item:" If you click on the "down arrow" and select "Window" you are presented with an opportunity to change Color 1 and Color 2. On my screen "Color 1" was originally very bright white so I clicked on the small black "down arrow" beside it. That brought up the Standard "20 color" Palette. I then clicked on "other" and a more elaborate color palette appeared. At the right side is a vertical color bar with the lightest shade at the top and it gets darker as one descends down the bar. I just clicked on the black arrow beside the bar and dragged it down a very slight distance. I then "backed out" by clicking "OK" etc until I got to a place where I could "apply". Then a "wait" screen comes up and everything darkens. Next the chosen color is applied to the on screen open resource in Libronix and/or Word, plus parts of my Thunderbird email etc. If the "applied" color is acceptable then clicking "OK" should save the changes.
For me, this does change the "background" behind the text making it easier to read etc.
If I have misunderstood what you are asking or what it is you are hoping to see, please do add some further details.

Hi Stephen,
Thank you so much! It works! I am very grateful to your detailed instructions. It does help me a lot in looking at the resources. I now has more motivations in using the Windows Libronix again!
Thanks God, thank you!
Blessings,
Scott
