Download Logos from the ipad app store, and log in. Then go to the library, and pick the books you want. Due to licensing issues, it's possible something you have on your desktop won't be permitted to be downloaded to the ipad.

In addition to Ben's advice: On your MBP, in the Library information panel, click the appropriate "Download to" checkbox. the resource will then download to your iPad when you next open Logos there.

    First, welcome to the forums!

Just a couple more things to add to what has been written:

    1. Logos philosophy is to allow you to have as many of your resources available to you on as many devices as possible. This is contingent upon publisher permissions however. Most resources are "mobile enabled," but not all. In other words, you can't have "all" of your resources.
    2. The mobile app is designed to access resources from "the cloud." If you have an internet connection, you have access to your entire "mobile enabled" library.
    3. You can download all of your "mobile enabled" resources by scrolling slightly above the first listed resource. A hidden "download all" button will appear. I strongly recommend against this however. It takes a LONG time to download everything, takes up a bunch of space on your device, and sometimes the best "fix" is to delete the app and reinstall. If you only have a few downloaded resources, this is no big deal. If you spent 8 hours babying an entire download of your library, this is a huge deal! You can also download a subset of your library. For example, if you filter your library to show mytag:history, you can download all of the resources which YOU have tagged as "history."
    4. Lastly, I want you to know that there is a special forum for iOS related questions. In the future, it would be best to ask questions and get answers there: http://community.logos.com/forums/74.aspx
