Hi, I am using a video background, and when I try to play it, there are white bars above and below the video playing. What could be the problem?

Could you please give me a bit more information on your setup? Are you on Mac or Windows? What type of video are you using for the background (if your own video file what format)? Are you uploading it to your group or just keeping it local to your computer?
