Where is the Complete Library of Worship?

I have it on my PC but it can't find it on my iPad.

The publisher's license agreement apparently doesn't allow mobile access to the resource.

If it was available on mobile devices, the product page would say "Runs on Windows, Mac and mobile.", HOWEVER it only says "Runs on Windows and Mac.":

(Some Logos products are like this, but the majority are available on mobile, and Logos strives to get the publishers to allow mobile access.  They have made great strides since the mobile apps first came out).
