Does anyone know how this product is different from the history in Scaff's Church Fathers? Is it a different translation?

My understanding is that it is the Loeb edition, and so definitely has a Greek text which isn't in Schaff.  The Loebs also have an english translation.  Often they are quite literal, and solid, even if a bit clunky translation english, but don't have this specific edition.

That it does. From the product description page.

[quote] The Loeb edition of The Ecclesiastical History includes the original Greek text with English translation by Kirsopp Lake and J. E. L. Oulton as well as notes and an extensive introduction to the text.
