Bug: 5.1 B5 PC (5.1.0.0895) Notes don't scroll when navigating up and down a long note with up/d

I think it's been this way since the new notes editor was implemented.

Open a long note that has a vertical scroll bar.
Click somewhere in the body of the note.
Neither the vertical scroll bar nor the text scrolls up or down when using the up and down arrows to move the cursor beyond the visible text.
If you move the cursor beyond the visible text, and then start typing, it does then scroll to the point where you are typing.

Logos did corrected this issue. It looks like that added the old code back into the program or Logos' spaghetti code strikes again.

Agree, but it has to be in Split view to have its own scroll bar

Yes, sorry, I forgot to mention, I am using Split View.

There is an active case for this issue. I have added a link to this thread to that case.

This issue will be fixed in 5.1 Beta 9.
