List item 2 was created in Beta 4. I hit return and generated item 4 with a larger font size.
I am able to reproduce this issue and will report it to Development.
This issue appears to be resolved in 5.1 Beta 7. Please let us know if you notice this behavior after updating to that build.
It is fixed in Beta 7.
