Book bug: missing links in Tyndale Bible Dictionary

I'm not sure which is the right forum to report book bugs in, so I'm putting it in General. But it would be good if there were a sub-forum just for these. Or is there an email address at logos to send in such things?

The Tyndale Bible Dictionary doesn't have links under its entry INSECT from the individual insect names (where it says "See...Ant; Bee; Flea; Fly; Gnat; Grasshopper; Locust; Moth; Wasp") to their main entries.

Ah, thanks. I knew about "Report Typo" but I thought it was limited to actual typos. Misspellings, missing punctuation, etc. Not problems with the underlying structure of the book.

Missing or faulty links are usually reported this way - contrary to what "Report Typo" suggests.

Great. Is it also the way to report metadata problems? For example, missing Abbreviated Title? (I'm thinking of ABD for Anchor [Yale] Bible Dictionary, which would be really helpful.)

The reason that we started a thread re Metadata is that they have developed a system to be able to push this metadata to us without recoding resources (though I haven't observed this in practice yet). Wrt abbreviated titles - you can change this yourself in the Library view - in the information pane for the resource just click and edit....

That said - an abbreviation ought come as standard for this resource.

I knew that. But threads get buried easily if they haven't been added to lately. (I can't find this one even though it's supposedly been made into a sticky.) I was too lazy to go Googling for it and look through it and see if someone had reported this before. Shame on me. I shouldn't be wanting to make more work for Logos just because I wasn't willing to check if it had been reported before. I'll mend my ways forthwith... ;-) [Nope, looks like nobody has reported this, so I will.]

Awesome! I hadn't noticed that. Thanks. Still, I agree that this one is a standard well-known abbreviation (even documented in abbreviations.com) and should come with the resource.

Thanks for helping me find the metadata thread. Should something like this suggestion be reported there first (for discussion) or should I just post it immediately to the wiki since I know how? It's not technically a "correction" as all the other things on the wiki metadata page appear to be, just a request. I don't want to appear to be pushing my will on anyone simply because I'm technologically savvy.
