The NIVAC is down to $4.99 per volume right now in Kindle format. This is too good a deal to pass up unless I know there's a comparable sale with Logos in the near future. Is there any way to find out?

NICE! Thanks for the tip. And available individually! Sure beats paying over $20 a volume for the set.

Let us know if you find one!
Often times Logos can do nothing I remember asking why Vernon McGee's Thru the Bible was over twice as expensive on Logos compared to another software company and was told there was no way to come close to even matching the price. Now they have it at a comparable price. But i know for the longest time it was still priced far higher.

Well, you can't know unless you ask!
For some reason, Exodus by Peter Enns is missing from this deal. That is the NIVAC title to get, by consensus
It seems that volume isn't available for the Kindle at all.
Now most of them are at $4.74 each. (John, 1 Corinthians, and Revelation are $4.99).
Also, everyone should note that not all of the volumes are available as Kindle editions. The question would be whether or not you wanted to switch in and out of programs to take notes, etc. One other thing I will throw out there is that I have heard of issues with Kindle and ownership rights. For example, Chalies.com or one of the Christian blog sites reported once that everyone should understand that when you purchase a Kindle book, you are actually leasing the information. There have been cases where someone was suspected of monkey business with their Kindle account and lost all of their digital material from Kindle. I don't think you would ever have to worry about this with Logos. And, Kindle has a copy/paste restriction limit with all of their books. If you are going to be using these resources on a regular basis and copying from them, you will only get so many attempts to copy and paste before it will no longer let you. This could be a problem for some of you.
Hi Matt! Welcome to the forums. [:)]

I agree with you about the superiority of Logos resources… but you should know that this is true of ALL digital resources. When you purchase music from iTunes, a movie, software, or a book, you are purchasing a license to that resource. That isn't unique to Kindle.

I have run into that problem. I have to proof-read anything that I copy from Kindle. Doesn't copy well.
Then I ran into the limit restriction which I wasn't aware of. Certainly reduces their value to me.
What I would really like to know about this is:
Are there any volumes of the NIV Application Commentary available in the Zondervan sale that are NOT available in Logos?
Since I have this set in Logos, I would only be interested in getting what Logos doesn't carry. At that price I would use them until Logos editions become available.
No. The Z sale includes the same 42 that Logos sells. The only volumes still to be published in the series are Ezra-Nehemiah and Psalms 2.
I would be happy if the NIVAC just had dynamic pricing!
