Logos Crashing when starting programming or signing in

I just purchased and downloaded Logos 5 on my PC. I have Windows Vista. The program installed fine. Every time I start Logos I can usually make it to the sign in window, but when I sign it it says, "Signing in," and then crashes.
In the reported error page in the Logos files it shows the following:
Error ID: 628
Error detail: DatabaseVersionException: The target database schema version number (0) must be a positive integer.
Does anyone have any idea as to what is going wrong?

Allen,
Welcome. Try navigating to C:\Users\Allen\AppData\Local\Logos5\Data\r0mpeibp.0mn\ReverseInterlinearManager and delete the folder. Then try to restart Logos.

Mark,
Thanks for your quick help! I deleted the folder and even restarted my comp, but I'm still having issues. Sometimes the program even locks up before I get to the sign in screen. Do you have any other ideas?

Next one to try: C:\Users\Allen\AppData\Local\Logos5\Documents\r0mpeibp.0mn\PersonalBooks\PersonalBookManager.db Delete the contents of the PersonalBooks folder.

I did as you said. Now when I click on logos to start it, it skips the entire log in screen and it is saying, "Downloading resources." It is downloading at an incredibly slow pace, but I hope this is a good sign???
If this isn't good, just let me know.
Thanks

Don't know about how slow, but after installation, Logos 5 should download all the resources you purchased and then it will index them. Both can take awhile.
