unable to navigate to requested resource

When I do a word info search and the general info lists BDAG and Louwe Nida, if I press on louwe nida, i am given that lexicon opened. But if I press on BDAG, i get the message, "unable to navigate to requested resource".

    Every Greek word gives this? Which lexicon is on your device?

    What is your device, version of Android, which Logos app?
