An error occurred during synchronization, click to try again

i have an error sign on the sync icon and it gives me a message that reads, "An error occurred during synchronization, click to try again" I was working on tagging my library when it happened. Any help?

When happens when you click the sync arrows (in the upper right corner, where the error alert yellow triangle showed up) to try again?
Could have just been a temporary network glitch. Give it a few minutes and try again.

The arrows turn, and then the yellow triangle appears again. It has been this way for almost two hours. My other computer with logos5 has no problems connecting and syncing.

Jim, this could be a problem that has affected other users recently. If you upload your Logos log folder (see http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging) just after experiencing this problem we can determine if it is the same issue.
Please stop tagging in Library in the meantime.
