Finding 'books' to read

Hi all,Paralysis by analysis, I suffer.
I have several books in my library - obviously. They're of varying types (commentary, etc) just like you I know this is nothing unique so far.
However, I'm wanting to know how do you keep up with:
a) what's in your library
b) what's new in my library (sort by date)
c) what's a book I'd like to read (novel style) like Bonhoeffer etc.
d) how to mark what page I'm on, to come back to it over time, etc.
And any other tips/hints you may have for library organization, management, and book reading.
Thanks a ton!

Hi John

I tag every new resource which I purchase in terms of things such as theme, genre and so forth. This forces me to look at the book and at least think about what it is.

Here I use the "last updated" column in my library and sort by that

When I purchase a book I particularly want to read I tag it with a tag "ToRead". When I have finished reading it I change the tag to "HaveRead". There are a number of threads where this is discussed and different variants of this are shown

I tend to use highlights to show where I have got to - other popular options are bookmarks and favorites. You can also use "wear marks" - http://wiki.logos.com/Visual_Bookmarks. Its also worth noting that Logos will open a resource back to the last place you were reading it
Hope this helps

In a saved layout, books "stay in place." Also, books open from the library to the last used location.

Wiki has => http://wiki.logos.com/Collections that includes link => http://wiki.logos.com/Example_Collections
Every mytag is a collection. Adding tag(s) to resource(s) is easy, but changing them is not. Can vote for User Voice suggestion => http://logos.uservoice.com/forums/42823-logos-bible-software-5/suggestions/564609-provide-management-of-mytags

Thankful for Logos 5 command:
FSD in <collection>
FSD is an abbreviation for Facilitate Serendipitous Discovery, which randomly opens a resource.
Keep Smiling [:)]
