Grandfathered license resources in Logos V4

I am curious:

If you have a license to a Libronix title that is no longer available for sale, Will it be made available to your Logos Version 4 library? Example: William Barclay's Daily Study Bible was in Version 3.0 Scholar Silver (OC?) but is no longer licensed. Previous owners are "grandfathered" and entitled to continue using the resource. When those owners upgrade to Logos Version 4 will the DSB be made available in their resource library?

Does anybody have Barclay's Daily Study Bible in Version 4? Or does anybody have any "grandfathered" license in Version 4?

Yup I've got DSB In L4. It was built in 2006, but Logos promises backwards compatibility.

I have L4 and can read Barclay's DSB in both NT and OT.

DSB (Both OT and NT) automatically installed the in L4 for me. (I originally bought them in 2001)

This has been brought up before and Bob himself said that they are committed to providing back-wards compatibility and if possible converting all the old stuff to L4 format. From the way it sounded, there will be just a handful of resources that Logos does not have the rights to convert to L4.

As for compatibility all my older resources be they L3 or L2 are in my library. Still in the old format, but usable.

You mean I if my old Logos 2.0 has unique titles they be added into Version 4.0? I was just after Barclay DSB and Scofield notes.

Yes. Some don't show in the library - there's a thread about this somewhere - not sure where (mainly E4 titles I believe) but they are accessible from the command bar.

Many of us are using the Oxford Biblical Commentary (a 2.0 resource) many otehrs are using Barclay's DSB....

Not really. It says 1265 on my screen, but if you add the uncounted Betas, I'd say your into the 3Ks by now.

I tried a search of that in Basic Search and got zero results . . .
