table of contents > collapsing sections

When I look at a book's table of contents (the '>>' button) I can click on a collapsed section to expand it.  I would like to be able to click on the section title to collapse it as well, instead of having to click on the tiny arrow next to the section title.  I'd like clicking on a section title to be a toggle between collapse/expand.

You can collapse a section by double-clicking on the section title. Not exactly a simple toggle by clicking, but pretty close.
