Logos 4 Not Connecting to My logos.com Account

Hello,
When I open Logos it asks me to sign in with my logos.com account. I put in the relevant information but then it says "Unable to connect to logos.com". I checked to see if the site itself was up and running, which it was, and I checked to make sure that I had the correct password, which I did.
I worked offline for a bit but didn't know how to get it back online. I've since installed Logos 5, then uninstalled the programme and reinstalled Logos 4 and I've had the same problem every time.
This is the first time this has ever happened to me.
I'm hoping someone can help me.

It's a communication error and I think you should contact Technical Support who can diagnose it from your machine if necessary.
