Login Probelm

(1) I have forgotten my old password.

(2) I have changed my email address

(3) I have reloaded "Nelson's Ultimate Bible Reference" and "The Preachers Commentary" onto my new Windows 7 Operating system.

My problem is my old activation codes are not accepted by LDSL so I can't access my bibles nor the commentary.

How can I activate my programs?

How do I contact them.

I am in Australia.

I have sent two emails since 10th December, which have replies from NoReply-CS telling me to try other alternatives. such as this site.

You could try to phone them with Skype - that's a fairly cheap alternative for a phone call.

You can email and put something like "International Customer" in your subject line - this will accelerate the support.

I don't really have any other ideas...

I'm also in Australia and am grateful that I have not needed customer support.
