BUG: Bible Word Study does not reflect my recent purchase on iOS devices.
Hello all,
After purchasing the Minimal Crossgrades of Logos 4 and 5, I bought the Jeremiah LifeWorks Library this morning in the hope of enhancing the Bible Word Study feature of my Logos library. Indeed, it enriched--or at least seemed to enrich--my desktop library, but concurrently, it rather deteriorated the Bible Word Study feature of all my iOS devices. My iPhone, for instance, cannot pull up any definition from any dictionaries, either from Minimal Crossgrades or LifeWorks, even after I prioritized my favorite resources on a desktop.
For your information, I am using Lexham English Bible, since I do not possess any upper-level base packages, and before purchasing the LifeWorks today, everything had worked well...
Can anybody help me resolve this conundrum, or at least enlighten me on how to get some definitions on iOS Word Study?
Thank you for all your inputs in advance!

When you use the "Look Up" feature in the mobile apps, one of two things should happen:
- If you are using a resource with a reverse interlinear AND you own the license to the reverse interlinear AND you are connected to the internet, you should see the original language information.
- If you aren't using a resource with a reverse interlinear OR you don't own the license to the reverse interlinear OR you aren't connected to the internet, you should see a definition provided by the Apple iOS dictionary.

The "Look Up" feature doesn't provide that function.
NOTE: The LEB currently has an RI for the NT only. I believe that an RI for the OT is in development.

First of all, thank you for your input!
I had actually used this function for a couple of months without any problem before purchasing the LifeWork product this morning. It worked just as you depicted: When selecting "Look Up," a list of Greek words was shown so that I could choose "Bible Word Study."
Today, however, my old time favorite resource, Lexham Analytical Lexicon, does not even show up on the definition tab, not mention that the whole screen of Bible Word Study is distorted. Even the quintessential circle of Bible Word Study is misaligned with the word...
Below is the screenshot of my Logos app:
For your information, this is what I used to be able to pull up on my iPhone:
I hope you can see the definition tab of the second screenshot is filled with Lexham Analytical Lexicon... Frankly speaking, however, I really do not understand what happened to my app or why I suddenly lost this function, since I have not changed anything except adding the LifeWork and prioritizing my desktop library to reflect those new resources.

I'm not sure. The mobile app currently does not recognize prioritization for that section of the app. Strange. Have you tried deleting the prioritization in L5?

We will need Logos to chime in. Can you edit the subject line of your original post with the prefix BUG: ?

I just changed the title of the original post as alabama24 suggested and contacted Logos customer service as well. Gratefully, Mr. Mike Bryant discerned my situation quickly enough and told me that he would look into this issue further with the development team and keep me posted on how it goes. I will keep everyone who may have the same or similar issues posted.

Again, I greatly appreciate all your time and effort!
