Bug: Sometimes my cursor stops turning into a hand when I hover over hyperlinks

I think the title is self explanatory. This has just happened to me on 5.1 beta 8, but it's previously happened on 5.0 SR-4. When it occurs, it does so in all resources. Restarting Logos always fixes the problem.
This is my personal Faithlife account. On 1 March 2022, I started working for Faithlife, and have a new 'official' user account. Posts on this account shouldn't be taken as official Faithlife views!
