Logos 5 attempts to index at every computer start-up; always fails

Whenever I turn my computer on (Windows Vista) it attempts to index Logos 5. After a few minutes I consistently get a "Logos Indexer has failed" notice.
Any suggestions? I know logs are helpful in diagnosing these situations, but I am unsure how to generate and attach them.

Yes, logs would be good.
Please see http://www.logos.com/support/logos5/windows/logging for details of how to generate them.

Here's the link for logging: http://wiki.logos.com/Diagnostic_Logging
You'll need to enable logging always to diagnose an indexer problem. Then upload them here by clicking the paperclip when composing your reply.

In my signature line are two links... one for Mac and one for PC. When you are ready to post your logs, you will use the paperclip icon in the formatting palette to attach the logs (rather than paste them in). If you need more help, let us know. [:)]

Charles - I saw in one of your logs something about a database file not being in the right location… I don't know if that is the issue or not. Do you have the logos.log file?

Here are the files I did not attach the first time:

This is a problem we see from time to time. Your index has got corrupted somehow, so when the newly indexed materials are being merged into the existing index, you're getting a crash. Assuming Logos will start, let it start, then type rebuild index into the command bar and press enter. This will start the indexing process from the beginning, and should hopefully not crash. Indexing may take a few hours, and your computer will run slowly while it occurs, so you may want to do this whilst you're away from the computer.
If Logos won't load, or this doesn't fix the problem, let us know.

Thank you! I do believe that solved the problem. The program has been completely indexed and, upon restart, there is no crash of the indexer.
Thanks to all for your help!
