Logos 5 Bible Software has stopped working on new Windows 8 laptop

I just installed the Logos5 software on a new Windows 8 laptop. It appears to have installed properly. When I try to reinstall the program claims to be up to date. I have followed the instructions in the support forum and attached the zip file as suggested.5734.Logos Log Files.zip

Hi Cedric,
Thanks for uploading the logs. The error is very similar to this one, which is supposed to have been fixed. Can you try to open Logos to a blank layout, by holding down the CTRL button when you launch it?

Well done. The problem appears to be with a "user inputs" database. So delete the folder C:\Users\Cedric\AppData\Local\Logos5\Documents\2u3w4kp1.grm\UserInputs and restart Logos.
