How to merge Multiple groups for our church

I created a Faithlife account a while ago, and created our church, labeling it EFBC.

Recently, I noticed that two groups appeared as local on my app, which were generated automatically by Faithlife.  Evangelical Free Bible Church (Clarks Summit, PA), and Evangelical Free Bible Church (South Abington, PA).  These are both references to our church which is in South Abington, and is serviced by the Clarks Summit Post office.  

I claimed both of those groups.  Now, how do I make these 3 groups, 1 group?
